We are moving to the East Village today-tomorrow from our place in the upper west side. These past 2 months have taught us so much. I only hope we learn from all of our experiences. New York City is fabulous and I really cannot imagine living anywhere else right now (unless it's Brooklyn or Astoria :))!
Our new sublet is on Ave C (aka Loisaida Ave) and 14th Street. It's a great location and on the complete other side of the city, which will be a completely new and interesting experience!
The East Village is also where RENT took place, although it has come a long way since 1989.
But don't worry, that won't stop me from singing "out tonight" while dancing down my street!

AAAAhhh sounds like so much fun!! Ive also had some good times in Astoria so Im sure where ever you end up there'll be an excuse to break into song while catching a cab!

Sweet! Now you are just that much closer to BarOnA! Although I think comedy night there has disbanded. There is also a really nice bar around the corner from BarOnA called Orchid Lounge (it's on 11th bet. A & B). Yay for you guys! - Janice
