It has been a while...

Wow! My last post was in January! I've been a little busy...
Where was I?
Taking 14 credit hours at USF St. Pete, working (very) part-time at Apple-poops, and acting/singing/and barely dancing in a show called "Broadway Gone Mad".
What about "AIDA"?
Didn't happen. Didn't get the rights. Might do it next year with the same company: Mad Theatre.
Why are you interviewing yourself?
I don't know.

Where are you now?
I am sitting at home. It's "summer" as far as school is concerned and I am taking 2 classes this summer and working more! No rehearsals right now - taking a "break", but I am auditioning later this month for an equity theatre and maybe somethin' else. I'll keep you posted. ;)
The experience I had with Mad Theatre was a really good one. I met SO MANY amazing people during this process. One reasons I wanted to get back into theatrics... besides the fact that it's my life... was to meet people like me (dramatic crazy theatre dorks)! And boy did I succeed! Ha! (read myspace for special shout outs)!
Of course my favorite part of the PERFORMANCE that I was a part of was... can you guess? Of course: playing Elphaba in WICKED.
So... let me just tell you. It never occurred to me that my fear of heights would play it's devil card as I was lifted into the air - especially during rehearsal when Kris (who opperated the machine and LAID DOWN BEHIND ME while doing so!) would make the lift go so freaking high that I would scream! *During the shows it wasn't as bad because I was concentrating so hard on the song and keeping my breath after RUNNING backstage and climbing onto the damn thing! Anyway... I loved it. Loved being green. Loved my costume. Loved my broom and my hat! And loved defying gravity!
OK! Enough about WICKED, psycho. Jesus.
Speaking of Jesus, I really hope The Davinci Code lives up to expectations. I have watched every "Who is the real Mary M?" show that has been aired on the history channel, discovery, etc... etc... I may have ruined it for myself. I mean, sure, Tom Hanks is being driven backwards (without hitting ANYTHING, FYI) in a crowded French street, but I'm not interested in that. I don't want to see Cruise do it either. If you supported that crackhead's MI:III then I am dissapointed in you. Show me Mona.
Moving on... I will be HOME (BALTIMORE) in less than... less than 2 weeks! Eric and Kris will be joining me.
We will be seeing Randy & Santina in "Sunday in the Park with George" and I just know I am going to cry my little eyes out! I am SO excited! And just loooove that it's in Fells Point. ;)
I can't wait to introduce Eric and Kris to EVERYONE! I talk about people from back home all the time ~ again: psycho. You have no idea.
:)
